Sparkling white wine was a staple of the Bleasdale range in the 1970s, when magnums (or larger!) of Demi Sec were all the rage. Times changed, and so did the wines we produced, and eventually the decision was made to discontinue production of sparkling whites.

So after a long hiatus, we're excited to reintroduce a sparkling white back into our portfolio in 2021!

This wine has granny smith apple acidity and almond biscotti flavours - a delicious drop waiting to be popped for your next special occasion!
