Sherry - Blended from fortified white wine and matured in wood. Sweet, medium and dry range.

Vintage and Tawny Ports - Vintage port is a rich, fruity wine bottled in the year of vintage. Tawny ports are traditional blends of fortified Grenache and Shiraz. Pioneer Port is a favourite.

Verdelho and Liqueur Muscat - Verdelho grapes make a sweeter style of dessert wine. Rich and luscious with an average age of 6 years. Liqueur Muscat uses a 50/50 blend of Langhorne Creek and Rutherglen muscats. Rich, smooth and fruity, aged in small wood for proper development.
