‘The Wise One’ 16 Year Old Verdelho

Flavours of marmalade, fig and dried walnut along with subtle hints of vanillin and rancio, were brought about by the many years of maturation in small oak casks near the winery's hot tin roof. This is a delightful wine to sip around the fireplace at the end of a meal.
