Last Friday our Senior Winemaker, Paul, headed over to Canberra for the 2023 National Wine Show Awards night and brought home two new trophies for our trophy cabinet!

Our 2021 Second Innings Malbec was awarded the Best Red Varietal trophy, and our 2021 Broad-Side was awarded the Best Shiraz Blend trophy.

The 2021 Second Innings Malbec also has 4 gold medals to its name and was given a score of 95 points by James Halliday earlier this year so it is having a pretty good run! You can purchase ithere.

Our 2021 Broad-Side Shiraz Cabernet Malbec blend is still a while away from release, but has also been awarded 2 golds and 4 silver medals on the wine show circuit.

On top of this excellent trophy news, three other Bleasdale wines earned gold medals at the 2023 National Wine Show: our 2021 Bremerview Shiraz, 2021 The Iron Duke Cabernet Sauvignon and 2021 Frank Potts.
