Winemaking

The historic cellars constructed from red gum and limestone, houses a massive red gum lever press which fifth generation winemaker, Michael Potts still uses once a year to make a very limited release wine.

And while today's winery is steeped in yesterday's history it has installed the latest winemaking technology and maintains the Bleasdale philosophy of producing honest, consistent and reliable wines.
